My 3yrs+ daughter took yellow fever vaccine last week Wednesday. I took her to the health centre in the morning before taking her to school. By the time she came back from school there's rashes all over her body. I gave her allergin a priton syrup for children that night but by next morning the rashes was worse. Her palms were swollen. I took her to the teaching hospital and she was given hydrocortisone injection. I was given prednisolone and loratidine to give at home.

I have given for the number of days prescribed. Since Saturday i didn't see anything again but this evening the rashes
/hives suddenly appeared and started spreading again. Friends even advised i give coconut water and milk. I have done all that. Please our esteemed health experts what can I do to stop this allergy?

Just take her back to the hospital before you are ill-advised to give something that will cause your child more harm. You are lucky it's just milk and Cocoanut water option givers that you've met so far.
Soon, it will be one leaf from one bush or something worse.

Let me save it here that we were admitted for 3 days in children emergency for this to resolve. Please people be careful with giving extra immunization.

The only immunization I see necessary is the one given after child birth at alm/hand. The rest might fish out problem that might not even occur throughout the child's life...

What I recommend is to properly feed ya children with a enough vegetables, fruits & exercises. These are natural immune builders. If it's possible drastically reduce their meat intake. Fish is more preferable.

Your daughter will be alright jaree.. no shake mind...
