My car came without ac and I wish to install one on it.
Has any tried a similar thing?
What is the possible cost?
How efficient will it be when constructed in naija
Where can I get it done perfectly In lagos?
Pls advise need

It's possible if you can get a good AC man to get the job done I have done it before and it worked well and also served me well till I sold the car to a lady, I did it on my golf 3 then it didn't come with a factory AC so I installed it and it didn't affect the engine or consumption of fuel that much.... Like I said give it to an expert that knows it's onion very well

Dis one ma motor. Installing a/c on micra is like pluging electric iron to i beta pass my neighbor gen. Na spoil remain

The only problem you will have is idle rpm control and inefficient cooling at idle.

The car is designed with no such load at idle, but adding AC load will drop idle lower than specified. The AC will not chill at idle and will cause excessive engine vibration.

The only solution is very high idle rpm which you will have to live with.
