Modified : this 2 pics are strange.. In the afternoon the 1st one looks better and cool.. But at Night it seems the 2nd is better

If you want to edit reduce the brightness.

As for Saturation, ambience, brightness and contrast, keep them at an acceptable level. You can also use details (sharpness and structure) to bring out the details in your photos.
