Any camera can do it. It's just focusing.

Point your camera at an object then tap on it on your phone screen. The camera should lock on it. You can move it closer till the background blurs away.

I use RN7 stock cam and GCam.

I'm not well versed in Gionee lore. Maybe I'll take out time to read on them. But for now, I'd say you should gun for RN9 pro. Devs are prolly already working on it's GCAM as we speak.
