I think there was no security threat on the life of the president.
The young man was just an ordinary fellow who was too excited for having a very close proximity with the president and he is oblivious of security protocol around Mr. President.

But, this incident should not have becomes issue. If not for the fact that there is a great failure on the part of Buhari government.
