laiza:Not disputing. The story of going to Awe, Ganduje, El-rufia etc. will soon die down. If he is rising further, it will be another story not this banishment story of every second and every minute that someone won't hear something else again. As a matter of fact, Ganduje just made him more popular. Even those who never knew him are aware of him now. But the every minute talk about him will soon go down. |

benuejosh:That is what I'm saying. I really do not think his popularity or talk about him will go down. The man is an academician and a scholar and talking about him just started. And personally I think they are positioning him as a candidate for President. You can't trust this Hausas bro. |

NaijaFutbol:No one is a saint among our ruling elites. Even Christ confirmed it in the bible that who is perfect among the people, let him/her cast the first stone. And not anyone was able. Yes I agree totally with all the points you raised here. Sanusi never at a time practice what he was preaching. But preaching against the rots of the land is evident enough that he is not comfortable with the status. The will to practice what he has been preaching might now fall on him. After all these tribulations. I believe God almighty is going to make use of Sanusi Lamido Sanusi to start practicing what he has been preaching. |

NaijaFutbol:I see many of you don't do research before making comments...for the records he has over 100 Kano indigenes on scholarship including some Almajiris, he takes care of the widows in his domain even while leaving Kano the day he was dethroned he signed cheques for the students he's taken care of. Islam forbids making noise about good deeds. |

AndLeo:Dude, No intention to be savage. I just replied you in the language you seem to understand. I couldn't imagine that all you got from the points I raised was sex. Once again what is it with you and sexual frustration? If sex is your primary goal in life, I will advise you to Focus on making money. As you can see, the man we are taking about can get all the sex he wants whenever he wants it. He can even abuse poor people for not making enough money before pvssy getting. |

The real question is why choosing Lagos Why not dealing with all his ordeal in the north! He should hv even stayed in kd ..his so-call friend's state! Hmmmmm....Believe me or not...this guys are cooking somtn u guys r not seeing! This one El.ruf is even involved!.....buh it will all fail.we are watching with a telescop ![]() |

taiwolomo1:They are not cooking anything. The likes of Sanusi and El Rufai cannot voice it openly and directly but both admire the melting point of ideas and tolerance Lagos is. They know the culture that is behind this and would want this to make an inroad in the North. Sanusi has been shading the North subtlely. This Lagos adventure is a deliberate attempt by this rebellious and maverick duo to mock the "repression" and intolerance of the North. Imagine stripping Sanusi of fundamental human rights and treating him like a caged animal for 'disrespecting' a political leader ? Why a total loss of liberty and freedom of association because of that? As you said, Sanusi could have stayed in Kaduna yet some of us mentioned it from day one that he is heading to Lagos. I think Sanusi and El Rufai are now victims of an unsustainable system they too propped up rather than fight in the past. Today, as far as I am concerned, both are trying to show it is 'better late than never'. It is not for nothing El Rufai is now insisting power must return to the South "for the sake of equity". Sure he is angling to be VP to a Southerner but perhaps he knows the many Northerners looking to lead in 2023 are just business as usual politicians who cannot take the North or Nigeria anywhere. Sanusi and El Rufai are just using Lagos, as a representation of what is best about the South, to mock the North. The two are too reactionary and uncalculative for this to be an elaborate scheme. Both, at different stages, have used their mouth to harm their own position when they would have been better off remaining silent. The two men are doing this because it is what their soul compels them to do regardless of whose Ox is gored. They may regret it though. |
