I used to faced this issue but now I have fixed it.

What I did:

I got two Lampoda connect them to wire given them little space like 30 cm distance

Then insert that normal hot bulb 60w into the lampoder, then connect the wire with the wire connected to ur generator before to ur "switch over"

Viola!.... and everything balance, the sound became normal, the current got balance and the fuel consumption nah my biggest joy. 3ltrs for 10hrs.

which Gen do you use and how much load?

Sumer is no go area now. One is giving my neighbour serious problem now. Gen not up to 5month. Repaired is already asking him to buy half engine. Problem from factory. So many fake now.

which of the sumec is your neighbor using? bought a sumec Firman spg 4000E2 December last year been using it for 1hp inverter LG AC, 75 watt TV, 1000 watt speaker, 100L hisense fridge don't know the wattage, 5 bulbs, laptop , phone, decoder, ceiling fan sometimes and some random things. I use every day at least 10 hours no problem at all I only change oil frequently.

my only advice for you is that you should change oil regularly depending on how frequently you use the Gen it has no oil alert and if oil dries up the engine will knock and if the engine knock that is the beginning of your problem, I experienced it first hand after repair the idiot started drinking oil I change oil every 3 days the day I left if for 4 days engine knock again although I used the SPG 2200 but they are from the same problematic family. but if you can avert engine knocking you'll have little problems I have a neighbor who is very careful and has been using his own for over a year now without any single problem no knocks or anything.

PS: I enjoyed the Gen until the first knock.

Ur 2.2kva supposed to change the 1.5kva inverter conveniently, and is not the cabrator pls don't change it, just call me I will tell u what to change and u will get Ur inverter been charged very well. 08131069632, pls call time are 9am to 9pm except Sunday. Sunday is 1pm to 8pm.

But be aware that 4000e2 is 2.5 kva, but since u are using inverter AC is cool and ok

I will sure stand for the truth, and review all formats of defrauding novice their head earn money using over hyping and over rating of KVA and HP of generator,
