Please medical personnels in the house, recently while bathing in the evening, I felt a pepperish like sensation while scrubbing my scrotum with sponge. But I ignored it because I finished cooking at that moment, I thought my hand must have touched pepper while cooking.
But while bathing again the next morning, I still felt the same pepperish sensation, that was when I decided to take a look and I saw some coloration like eczema there. Though I wasn't bothered because I was hoping it would clear after some days but it didn't.

Please what could it be and what must have caused it?

Note: I don't usually have sex regularly because I'm in a long distance relationship together with the nature of my work. The last time I had sex was in July 2019 and I used condom all through.

I always take my bath twice daily.

Anyway, it's not the number of times you had sex or when last that matters but personal hygiene. How often do you wash your boxers? Do you wipe your ass after poo or wash off? Do you wear all those useless starboy tight fitting jeans or trousers?

All of these and more affects your blokos. You probably have fungi infection.

I have handled this case just recently. Taking personal hygiene seriously is key to eliminating all types of skin diseases.

How well do you bath?
Some people bath three times in a day, but don't properly scrub their body. For example, you must scrub the "hidden" parts of your body more than the exposed parts. Your scrotum is hidden, same as your armpits, likewise your neck, inbetween the buttocks, etc.

How well do you cream?
Take time to apply moisturing in these parts as well, because that's where odours come from when you sweat.

Take a lot of water.

Finally, get a good anti-eczema cream from the pharmacy and you are good in two days time.

I don't joke with my personal hygiene, I bath twice daily, before going to work and when back from work. And I usually use boxer once. I can't come back from work with sweat boxers, bath and still wear it back, no na.

Excellent then... What of the wiping part? I would suggest you find an anti-fungal wash or shampoo (Head and Shoulders or Selsun Blue) and use it to wash down there. You should also look at using Dermatol... It's an anti-fungal skin cream it might help.

The only thing I'm guilty of here is cream. I stopped using cream recently due to the hot weather.

If I'm scrubbing it while bathing I used to feel this pepperish sensation, is it actually eczema? Does eczema cause pepperish sensation?

Yeeeah, I changed soap recently and I'm just on the second packet.

I will discontinue using the soap to see what will happen.

Go and by anti fungal like clorimazole or ytacan related cream. It will work. No need to worry more. Likely toilet infection.
