a reasonable person would always do the right thing, even when no one is watching.

a reasonable person would always abide by the rules set aside by the government.

meter installers came to install prepaid meter in my apartment last week, when they arrived i go pick am as the house numbers no match. na 2 guys dem check the connection and told me i had to pay them to make some corrections in the existing wiring. i don't mind because estimated bill don kill me.

to cut story short, these guys dey tell me say make i no worry say dem go help me do something to the meter so it won't read correctly. I told them why would i do such thing, in future if compliance team come dey harrass me for bypass or tampering nko?

The funny guys dey ask me if i be pastor, i told them i survived crazy billing for a year plus and i didn't die. how much i wan load for prepaid that God won't provide. 100KW still remain like 85KW after a week.

When you do the right thing, you have no reason to worry.

Exactly. Thank you.

Good day house, last night at the lekki-ikoyi toll Bridge, a G63 reversed and hit my car. I need a very good panel beater within ikeja and ogba area to do a neat job on this car.

I have someone for you. Go to Ajilete and ask for the mechanic shop around there it's before Jungle bus stop along iju - ishaga road.

Then ask for Fathia. The guy is good,he doesn't charge and does a neat job.

"Toyota is less cheap to maintain than the Honda"

This statement is not entirely true

Felicity0001:

The only difference btw the both cars is resales value and cost of maintenance.

Toyota has a better resale value than Honda

Bro I would love more input on this because I am considering embarking on the hustle with toyota camry 2015 on a rental. The ride is a 2.4 litres engine, though not a v6.
To be honest it has been doing me double mind considering the fuel consumption but was trying to avoid the tag of supposed lazy man quarrelling with his tools until I saw this question by cheddaz

don't attempt it on rentals and or for this hustles..you will regret it

But guy don't under estimate the straight of a woman oh their passive and responsibilities most times gives them a great drive that makes them do better than men most of the time, just that when the market (power) bust enh they become dominant and uncontrollable.

That has no bearing. Have you ever been homeless? Because I have. For the better part of a year. This statement above is exactly why I didn't return to Nigeria until I had accomplished on my own. I didn't want everyone to think I didn't deserve what I had.

All I asked for from my parents was "pay my school fees"... And that's all they did. My parents never spoilt me growing up. All my mates in school didn't even know my family had money and used to show off. It wasn't till my dad and his mates retired everyone realized because the quality of our life improved while all the ones that used to spend money like water lost their homes, etc. That is exactly how I raise my kids. They don't expect to inherit from me just as I requested my parents leave their money to charity 20 years ago.

For over a decade before I returned I did not collect one red cent from my family even when I was homeless. They didn't even hear from me or know where I was except to receive my school results at the end of each semester. I did everything from cleaning to selling electricity door to door to telemarketing. That's why my employees respect me. I can do any of their jobs from the cleaner to the manager (and have when needed).

I get disrespected a lot when I go to places because they think I'm just one small college girl. That's how I find good employees. The ones that treat me well without thinking about who I might be I hire. If anyone of you had every met me in person, was I what you expected? Probably not grin

That being said, if you want to be successful running a business some things are just common sense whether you are rich or poor. Like I said before hopefully she had insurance. If she did, she can rebuild and be more careful. Sucks, but it is what it is. I've incurred losses in the past doing business and it was usually when I tried to cut corners.

I could talk all day about my history and what I have been through. You want to hear the full story, drop by the shop when I return and you will see say that I can understand that woman VERY well.

Also I want to reiterate that I only comment on things I have experience with.

I use Camry 2006 2.4L engine. So far so good it's all rosy. If kazeem has not edited the car feel free to use it, fuel efficiency shouldn't be a problem but maintenance. Find out how costly the parts are before you sign the dotted line
