There is a difference between a threat, and informing beneficiaries when the training site will be shut down, the post is targeted at informing not the other way round.

How far about this month payment as the issue on ground ,consider national security.

Pls i was trying to initiate resignation on my portal and after i clicked on the submit button, the submission was unsuccessful and was logged out. Several attempts to login again proved abortive. I have also sent an email to your help-desk, yet no response.
