You clearly hate customization
Quite the contrary. Stock android is easier to customize since it has the best compatibility with Magisk mods and substratum.

Your opinions are needed...
Following what A&P said, the photos severely lack detail and the white balance is just off. In the statue shots, there's a weird blue hue and the field photo has an orange tint to it. This could be due to your phone's camera or the editing software.

So, i suggest using Pro mode on your camera, if it has one, or use Open Camera to shoot your photos.

Also, if you're still having the problems you can try correcting the white balance using Snapseed and shoot at the max possible resolution you can.

Why didn't you use the wide angle lens. It would have looked even better.

Hmmm. Shoot in the best lighting condition possible. Utilize the HDR mode if there is one and when using Snapseed, use the 'Detail' tool and adjust the structure and sharpening as you desire, 30% structure and <15% Sharpening is the sweet spot before the image starts looking too unnatural.

Hope it helps, but a change of device would also improve your quality as well.

You can actually do it without double exposure. First apply a B&W filter and then use the stack brush to make the B&W effect on the part you want

...or...

Using the brush tool, select the saturation brush and then set it to a value of -10 and brush the areas you wish to be B&W. Use the Dodge and Burn brush (-5) as well as Exposure brush(-3/-7) to sweeten the effect.
