I feel your assessment; I just know that Nigerian success is audio success. No visual credibility.

Data collection and storage is useful with 24/7 power supply, and also with an ability to store things in multiple locations including the cloud if need be.

We cannot be begging other nations to help us check for our citizens info because we lack light and expertise.
Now that serious countries are busy solving this pandemic crises, they don't have the time to be listening to our cries for help.
