Start on YouTube but you can not practice.

So consider your options.

Depend on the area you want to go. If it's web development start with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

Well you can learn dart/flutter so you can create cross platform.
But since you are planning on using a phone. Would recommend you learn java.
So you can create Android apps.
