Your presentation is awesome.

Get an expensive (good) microphone so it'll reduce the reverb coming from the room.

U can even take it higher by doing some basic audio edits to eliminate background noise and to also give your vocals more presence.

For the lighting, get 2 properly lit soft boxes and place em side by side. This should help reduce the shadows and brighten up the place more.

We recorded a video for my colleague, I think we got the lighting correct this time? (We used soft boxes for this one )

Place the Softboxes on both sides of the Camera.so the light will be coming from the front but at different angles.
Also, do some colour grading after every recorded video.

Funny thing is that I know the girl. Tammy abi Tonye Steve.
We're from the same place. I actually know her Dad and younger sister who's studying medicine now.
