Just relax, eat healthy, exercise regularly, go for routine medical check up and think positively.

I see my doctor every three months and I take lots of anti bacterial drugs which react violently to malaria drugs even some painkillers. And the pains are just too much

Like i said, there is always good news...The Italian man who tested positive to the corona virus in Nigerian is now fully recovered, so don't lose hope.

Don't worry about the pain, it will subside as usual...that's why you have to be positive minded ( This is what I always tell y'all almost every time)
