Yankee101:So being very easily transmissible isn't one of the reasons the world is on standstill? Italy were the first to fully ban flights from China, even faster than even the US. Is that not being serious enough? How come Corona wan finish Italy even more than the China wey originate am? Abi na because they didn't learn from the way PDP "singlehandedly" tackled Ebola? voltron14:My friend will you stop typing rubbish? So many intelligent and talented Nigerians are fleeing the country on daily basis due to the failure of our governments to provide basic necessities for its citizens. If given a choice to study in America, or Nigeria i believe 99 percent(yourself included) will choose the former without even blinking blinking their eyes. Is it not the duty of the government to create an enabling environment for its citizens? There is no power, security, no road, corruption is the order of the day. Appointments are not being made on merits but base on who you know. Millions of naira are being budgeted to feed few elites. And millions of masses has nothing to eat. Imagine a whole Aso rock and NASS still budgeting for fuel to power its generators. They cant even generate their own electricity. What is the hope of the common man then for that same electricity? Please think with your head, not your anus. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Moukandjo: English is obviously not your forte. So let me help you. Paucity of cerebellum = diminished brain function = Cognitive impairment = what you call 'chicken brain' in Nigeria The disease was first identified in 2019 in Wuhan, China. Nobody took action until 2020. Italy still allowed in tourists including from China Italy timeline of COVID-19 The first cases of the 2019–20 coronavirus pandemic in Italy were confirmed on 31 January 2020, when two Chinese tourists in Rome tested positive https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/2020_coronavirus_pandemic_in_Italy What's your next brain drained arguement? |

I'm still following the thread up to page 7 and voltron his yet to reply to your post. Its easier to call Nigerians lazy and unproductive but he bolted away when questions with reality on ground hit him. A trip to Apapa wharf/ Tin can in Lagos will give him a clue one of the obstacles Nigerians are facing. The traffic couple with bad road will reset someone brain. Many potential untaped yet he's blaming Nigerians. Nothing on merit again but on who you know. Let me stop here for now. layzie: 1 Like |

voltron14:true but you can't absolve the govt of blame too it stems from our educational system too how many unis in Nigeria engage in research, infrastructure is poor too and the fast lane to wealth which a lot of our young ones have resolved to is because our society values wealth irrespective of means than anything else. |
Re: Oil Price Sinks To Lowest Level In 16 Years by voltron14: 3:36pm On Mar 19, 2020 |
Shattuck: I've never said government has no blame. Matter of fact, the government comes from the pool of individuals that populate the nation. The sum average of the Nigerian is what you see in the political sphere. 2 Likes |

voltron14:wheres the light where’s the road where’s government support. You keep mentioning China, meanwhile Chinese government including their leader doesn’t drive around in a Mercedes, he uses made in China cars. You will never find foreign cars in the US government fleet. That’s leadership by example. You can’t import cars into the US unless u have at least an assembly plant in the country + incentives for doing so. When the government doesn’t patronise made in Nigeria how will there be policies to encourage patronage for made in Nigeria goods. With governments useless policies it’s actually cheaper to import some commodities and sell than to manufacture here and sell. Yet you want people to waste their hard earned savings investing in what will die a premature death. |

Yankee101: You sabi talk mumu talk sha. Liberia already had Ebola, why did Ebele Jonathan allow that flight from Liberia that brought Patrick Sawyer to Nigeria before Adadevoh saved us? You daft die.. Mor0n still went ahead to explain his daftness. Paucity of cerebellum = cognitive impairment Look boy, paucity = scarceness or fewness in number/quantity. What in the world does scarceness of cerebellum mean, for God's sake How many cerebellum you suppose get before? Do you even know the function of the cerebellum you mentioned? You're the only idi0t who's ever used that daft expression. If you doubt, search "paucity of cerebellum" (with the quotation marks) on Google & you'll still be referred ONLY to your daft comment here on Nairaland. Speak simple grammar wey you know, una no go gree, na to disgrace unaself up & down u sabi. You dense die... 1 Like

The question many have reverbrated here still remains unanswered @voltron. Sure there is no doubt majority of Nigerians are not rising to the occasion, this is true. But to say that Nigerians are inherently unimaginative and unproductive, just take that back in totality. The environment is the root cause, whether you choose to see it that way or not. I have a relative who speaks just as you have. And that is why it pissed me off. Cos this dude is privileged to work with an IOC he somehow believes just as you do that our pple are unimaginative and unproductive, yet he failed in four attempts at creating even a mini business enterprise. Please fix culpability where culpability is. The system is practically built to work against the average person and you are talking like this, like all these struggles everyone can see/feel are not real. I GO WAN SEE AS FRESHWATER FISH GO FLOURISH INSIDE SALTWATER NA. |

Moukandjo: I pulled up your posts (all) using AI. This is what I found out 1. Most common words - Daft - Idi0t - MorO.n - Sychophant - APC - PDP -IPIGS 2. Your prognosis - You insult people constantly - You are seeking direct entry into university as at 2017. An agbaya confirmed - You have extremely low self esteem issues - You want to travel abroad but still can't - You are one of those bush yoruba boys who went to school but not the reverse (I have yoruba affiliations, so I can insult you on this comfortably. You sound like those Akoko-Edo Bush folks) I've seen your ynash. There's a quarantine. I have your time |
