Goodgod213:Morning, Uber accepts 2000 models upwards but the riders will be the determinants on how long you will stay on the platform using that vehicle. |

Olayetan:I experienced serious network last night trying to go online on uber, it was so frustrating couple with charging me 25% even after I'd completed 20 trips. They just killed my moral. I simply off app go house go sleep. |

Olayetan:This is what I've been telling people that the 5% is a scam. All bolt do is to add 5% back to your earnings which simply means you're paying 15% but people don't know. Don't ever compare 30% of Uber with whatever % bolt displays on your app in that regards, Uber is far Better |

Bolt driver app is working now. Guys I had this funny experience at VGC yesterday night that I think I should share. Took rider to VGC, a resident. She used her access card at gate. I dropped her at home. Mind you she didn't put the correct address, so it was the usual turn right, turn left thing that got me to her place. On getting back to gate I was asked to supply Pin before I could drive out. I know VGC requires Pin to enter but not to go out. Unfortunately for me, the rider didn't use pin to enter. Was asked to call the rider or go back to where I dropped her. Her number was switched off. I had no idea of where I dropped her. Na so local man got stuck inside VGC o. I was there for more than an hour and saw other drivers who had same issue. I had to practically appeal to some of their ogas wey dey security post before I was let out o. Lesson: When you drive to VGC, access card or not, make sure rider get you PIN o. All da best. |

donfortune48:What kind of inconclusive presumption is that, Is that how you were thought to counter someone's opinion/observation? If not because I'm currently not working I would have backed my claim with screenshots but you can as well do your own observation by doing the calculation. Normally if its not because bolt wants to confuse us, whats the essence of adding bonus after the threshold? Are they not supposed to just remove the 5% commission without adding any bonus again? Look in the case of uber, they giv3 you the breakdown of every trip you embark so you can understand how they do their calculations but bolt doesn't and reason why they have made that 5% commission complex because they know no1 would do the calculations... |

northbird:Hmmm... Ok, I get it now. But in any case what ever rocks once boat is fine. The conclusion of the whole matter is, non of them is good over the other rather all of them are useless. Can imagine Uber laying false alligations simply because they don't want to give me the 3% incentives even after completing 20 trips. I just weak, no moral to go out now self. Honestly, I've lost trust in bolt else I would have turn on my bolt app and hit the road right away. Still looking for a motivation.

samobaba4u:Have you been on 5% before? It's pretty straight forward. Take this scenario. V. I to ikeja @ 5% Fee- ₦3,000 Bolt-₦150 Your earnings - 2850 But I said bolt app by default deducts 20% So you have something like this In app payment - : ₦3,000 Bonus (15%). + ₦. 450 Bolt commision - . ₦ 600 Balance. ₦2850 This does not include the bla Bla bla you received. ![]() Hope you catch d drift |

Angryiboman post should be the wall paper for this thread. Both newbies and oldies can learn a lot from his post. I really dont see how someone who wants to achieve something in life will say Bolt is better than Uber? In what dimension are you living? PRO TIP : when I was driving, I only use bolt trips for cash to run uber..cos I love uber card trips. It's the surest way you can see atleast 25k in your account every monday. Try that on bolt. The kind of people you will meet on Uber you can never meet on Bolt. My own opinion. |

pope191:Please, is it illegal to drive with the driving permit issued by driving school. VIO impounded my vehicle because of that. Please, note that I have already paid for the driver's license and I was asked to come and do capture on Tuesday next week. Please, does anybody know any contact that can help me get my vehicle out of these guy's hand. Please, is it the work of VIO to check driver's license |

davit:Sorry about that baba. They just started that pin stuff two weeks ago and what you could’ve have done in such case is that you’ll simply go online on both app even add ocar join making 3 apps. Surely request will come to take you out instead of staying for 1 good hour. It’s happened to me, and I go online got request on bolt going to Lekki. The lady had to call her man or whatever to get pin for us to drive out. |
