In philosophy it is called the problem of evil like Epicurus said "is God willing to prevent evil but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?".
Any reckless and senseless theist that doesn't reason well should never be asked this question. The wise ones say "I don't know" or try to argue it sensibly.

This is actually how morden way of worship should be. A pastor should minister from his office while members sit at the comfort of their home to watch and join him in worship. All this Churches and mosque everywhere should be turn to residential apartment, mall, schools, hospital etc... God will not because of that end the world or not bless us again.

As you have rightly Asserted, the wise one say "i don't know" and those i believe are the truthful ones. but some foolish ones would either argue blindly in anger without proofs, start quoting from the same contradictory bible that they do not even understand themselves, or resort to empty threats with hell fire or punishment from "God" i mean, does God not want humans to question his motives for creating them? or his existence? what is God hiding that he don't want humans to find? And then the bible still claims God created man by his own image, so why are humans not like God? why do humans have to beg God for everything? why can't he just provide them with their needs? afterall God is the one who put humans on Earth knowing that humans would need things.



And the idea of church pastors collecting money or donations to give God, but tells congregations that God has and can give everything why then do humans have to give back to God?


As i ve said, every story in the bible is questionable. when i was a child there was a picture my parents hung on the wall at home, it portrayed an Angel as a young handsome white male and portrayed the so called devil as an ugly black man with long tails and a pair of horns. that picture played in my mind always as a child i kept asking myself does that mean I as a black male is a devil, are blacks or Africans the devil? even my parents couldn't give me an answer, as religious as they still are. They just smacked me in the head and told me not to ask any questions.

As a child then i had no choice i had to believe and follow to church because they forced me to.

Offering and tithes can also be collected online. Just give the account details. But most members who give 50 Naira offering will shy away from giving their offerings online.
