Look at the triangular head. That's a venomous snake. The poison glands behind the neck gives it that shape.

Don't be confused ooo, not only triangular headed are venomous. Boomslang and green mamba should be looked into by you.


That is a non- venomous snake.

How did I know?

The pic below explains it all.

Closer to the tail of a snake, watch out for a triangular shape on the belly of a snake facing downwards , after that triangle, check if the belly linings are straight or broken( a vertical line dividing the straight linings of the belly)

If straight, it is venomous

If broken it is non- venomous
