Had to create an anonymous account to protect the identity of my neighbour, also using he/she

I'm currently in warri, Delta State

When the Coronavirus outbreak started I predicted that if there was a case in warri, the hospital well equiped to handle such case will be Lily hospital, due for the fact that it is well equipped and used by every top company in Delta State

Fast forward, my very close friend who works at Lily was avoiding me, when I tried to greet him/her as usual,
he/she was acting really strange

He/She even greeted me with the leg shaking format, laughing over it and hurriedly making sure I leave his/her presence

I did not really take it too serious

The next day he/she is showing full signs of self quarantine, nose mask, hand gloves e.t.c

I even told my parents I'm starting to suspect something, first I said it as a joke, but kept on telling them

He/She has only a day off since all my stay in warri for months now, but he/she has not been to work for days now

Why I'm I making this post

I woke up this morning to a news on Delta broadcasting service radio debunking a rumor of a case of Corona virus at Lily Clinic

Without any investigative journalism on the part of dbs

Lily please why is your staff in isolation?

Why is there a rumor of a case in your hospital? What originated it? If you had said a patient came in with symptoms that looks like covid 19 but ended up been malaria that's understandable

This is not a joke, I believe one of the key to breaking the spread of this virus is effective communication

Please I'm appealing if any one has a valid proof of cases please let it be known to the appropriate authorities

I said samething yesterday when I saw the post that the commissioner just issued press statement because he has microphone in his office without verifying the rumour.
