Looking at the rate at which Corona Virus is spread and the fatality rate, I believe the introduction of this virus among Bokoharam population will go a long way in eliminating them.
It is more simpler now since the virus samples are available, the only thing is just for the government to train a unit in the military in the weaponization and deployment of the virus.

The only thing the military are to ensure is that, the BH guys have no access to any form of drugs or treatment.

A special unit in the Military, DSS or NSA will be trained for the deployment.
And deploying it shouldn't be difficult, it can be laced on livestock, food item, water or probably on ammunitions.
