Ikpeazu should be in quarantine having arrived from the US recently.

If God doesn't directly intervene in this Corona Virus pandemic, Abia state, given its environmental and people's attitudinal degradation, could be the worst hit globally..

If he actually said this, one may not be surprised to hear that Abia state may not have put any proactive measures in place to tackle any possible case of the virus in the state.

This is the reason Nigeria remains a backward nation (the mentality and hypocrisy of its leaders and followers)
