the price of kitchen cabinet depends on your choice of finishings. such as:

BOARD types

MDF board @ 7k per sheet (not suitable for kitchen cabinets)

HDF @ 11k per sheet (advisable. for kitchen cabinets)

MDF glossy @ 16k per sheet (this one is the same quality as the MDF of 6k, the only difference is the glittering surface)

HDF glossy@ 22k per sheet ( good for kitchen cabinet)

their are other special boards too that are more expensive.

so your choice of materials, finishings and size of your kitchen determines the COST of your kitchen.......

No space for a third bathroom tho, besides three baths to a two bed apartment is a waste. the luxury is in the prime location and premium finish.

I will go with B since you don't want to invest in a visitor's bathroom so the bathroom in B will serve both your Visitor and the occupant of guest Bedroom as oppose to A that your Visitor will have to pass through a private bedroom to use a toilet...

But since you call it a luxury home, it needs to live up to its name with the addition of a visitor's toilet with both bedrooms ensuite.

yes! you can use it for closet. but it's fabrication must be closely supervised because of it's flexibility. infact you need an experienced furniture maker so that the hinges won't start falling off within few month.
