If we are being sincere to ourselves, people will die more of hunger than the virus itself. The government wasted so many opportunities to improve the economy in the past. I hope all the people responsible for the situation we find the country contracts the virus and passes on from there
Amen to contacting but not to death......but near death experience.

" Can all the pastors who are convinced that they have supernatural powers to heal go to hospitals and lay hands on those infected? So this virus can go back to where it came from and we can return to our normal lives ?"

We are facing now a serious problem which is the transmission of corona virus and this will lead to death if we are not going to fight for it. Let us follow what the president tells us for our own good. All you have to do is you should apply the social distancing, wear your mask, use alcohol always. Well, this would help you while you are at home having your isolation we provide great pool service and pool maintenance here in Bakersfield https://www.poolservicebakersfield.net/lake-ming.html. U re still talking about the past with your 'y were' question. The virus is in our midst already, the best thing is to enforce that quarantine you said and also enforce the stay at home directive.
Why shouldn't i talk about d "why were" question? If I didn't talk about it would u have known? Or u think d virus just fell from heaven into Nigeria? d senior NNPC executive who died of corona, came in from UK with d virus, died in his home and d ncdc was aware that d man had corona but did nothing to isolate him from his family b4 his death and carry out necessary health protocols with d family. All these things expose governments incompetence. People shouldn't be made to suffer for that

This is why its good never to lie to ourselves
We have a Trump who called this disease a hoax but now i am being mandated to stay home from 5pm tiday till april 10th..if he had been honest and fought the disease like it should have been, maybe the case in America would not be this bad
Over to Nigeria
On this same forum, some people said all the food we eat in nigeria will not let you contact corona cos of pepper and greens and stuff...some said its the fast food we eat thats why we couldnt handle corona and then you had a president of like mindset who refused to act and now its in a country where light no dey..online ways to work for home for nigerian companies no dey and then..no good living conditions in most places...
I really pray and hope Nigeria comes out stronger after this

Would I have known? What is now the usefulness of the phone and internet connection I have?

Bro,all these blame game won't do anything, what we need now is cooperation between the govt and citizens, everyone should play his own part towards containing the virus.

If the govt enforces a compulsory isolation on those coming in and the citizens don't stay in their house, it will still keep on spreading and vice versa.

U are cooperating. Is d govt cooperating? So far, has d govt played its part? It take two to tango.

When I say govt enforced quarantine, that's isn't people staying in their homes. Its d govt isolating returnees by itself. D quarantine u are talking about is self isolation which d govt recommended but u have now acknowledged d weakness of that option. U are indirectly saying d govt has failed. Whichever way u look at it, u have no choice but to blame d govt.

We can't keep putting up blame games, partial lock down might reduce further spread.

Which blame are u talking about? U want d govt to force people to stay indoors because of corona but u don't want d same govt to use force to ensure that d virus doesn't get into d country in d first place. How's that a balanced opinion & what has that got to do with "blame game?"

If the world could overcome a deadlier Spanish flu in 1920, then I guess things will return to normal shortly after the world recovers. However, I'm more concerned about how long we'll have it around. The Spanish flu lasted from 1918-20, a whole two years. Makes me wonder how people coped that long. Even if a vaccine and a cure are developed, how long would it take to get to the general mass? The movie 'contagion' comes to mind. It's a bit scary, tbh!
True... Its all going to take time but so much would have happened.

Wearing mask, practice social distancing, and staying at home is the best solution so far to fight and avoid COVID-19. This pandemic is alarming, it already killed thousands of people across the globe. Don't let this happened to you. Keep safe! A friendly reminder from http://westminsterdeckandfence.com/
