I created a PayPal account with a Nigerian ip I can't send funds I can only be used to make payments I just found out that Nigerian account are limited I have added my account number,phone number & Email address to the PayPal account so I want to create another account with a Lesotho ip so I was wondering if I can still use the details provided to create the new account or I have to use new information for the account note: I also tried to delete the account in question but I was unable to delete it |

What do you mean only receive funds and cannot send? Cos I only know that Nigeria Paypal can only be used to make payments |
