There is more to this life than you think. Little things like this can hinder someone's blessings. It's not a gift he has been refunded so he has to inform the seller and pay him. Do to others what you would have them do to you.

exactly, i had similar incident in 2018, item of 12 dollar, i contacted seller after i received the item 3 months later. seller said no problem, that i could keep the money.
some sellers choose not to ship to nigeria, cos of this and other related issues, and we are the ones suffering for it
