Once alcohol is involved...is not fake. This is called desperate measures. When all you do is import from China and the government refuse to fund indigenous producers or better still they were frustrated by policies Of NAFDAC, SON etc. A primary one student can make hand sanitizer..it is that simple.

i am telling you. And all this chemicals are things that i know. A client requested for IPA and carmopol 940 called importer and he was giving me three times the previous price. for hand sanitizer, the chemicals needed are glycerine, carmopol 940,IPA i.e isopropyl alcohol, ethanol with all this you are game if you mix it appropriately.
