You haven't even seen the 10k per household you are complaining. How will each household be identified? No database. What about single unmarried adults? Are they households? What about the unbanked? If Atiku is sincere about about this cause, he should gather his friends and associates as he did during his campaign fundraising to raise whether you like irGOOD money and distribute using either his own foundation or a trusted independent NGO to reach target beneficiaries. Afterall, the owner of Alibaba has been going about, doing good without any mischievous drama. Please do the right thing in the right way.

Allow the government to do its own responsibilities after necessary planning. After all, when it was necessary, states of the fedration were given bailouts to help meet their needs.
