If Donald Trump was treated in Nigeria whenever he is sick, and Nigeria is no longer accepting visitors, and Americans read that the virus is now in the White House, wont they be worried and thinking of the worst?

I wonder why Nigerians are blinded by sentiments. That's why we always make the wrong choices?

If we as a nation are worried about the effect of falling oil prices on our economy or if our buys stop buying oil from us, why wont we be worried about what will happen in our country if our president falls sick and the people that use to treat him refuse to accept him for treatment?

Many Nigerians are not wishing death on anyone but we have been here before with the Yar Adua and Jonathan saga and we don't need that wahala again while battling to control the devastation Corona could cause.

Look around you worldwide and even western nation are beginning to prioritize who dies or lives according to their worth to existing society. It is only those Nigerians who are brutally efficient and can prioritize what is best for the masses, above everything else, who will be needed now. No time for sentiments or emotions bro.

This is the only time I am agreeing with almost all your posts in one thread. For the sentimental amongst us, Nigeria cannot be rudderless at this moment unless we all want to see more death and chaos a ship without a Captain will surely experience.

I can't even believe that Nigerian adults are not thinking of what has to be done in a worst case scenario when we are already seeing the drastic decisions others are making worldwide to include reserving scarce ventilators for those under 70 only.

Indeed. I think some don't even appreciate what we are facing. Others are already making the traumatic choice of letting elders dies so younger ones can live. I sincerely hope that does not become our portion in Nigeria.
