What is difficult to understand over the provisions of our constitution that the VP takes over if the President is incapacitated? Well looking at present day Nigeria in contrast to immediately after the war if there is any group that has made the biggest progress it is the Igbo.

As at today the tribe of the president has not impacted the average Yoruba differently when compare to an average Igbo.
