Seems you don't know how poor some people are. There are men and women whose jobs is to carry load in markets. That's how they eat, now that those markets are closed how do you think such a person will see food to eat and feed his/her family?

That's how archaic or draconian our leaders are, u shut down markets bt don't think or rather care about the effect it can cause and how to setup relief measures.

They will only do such If other saner climes take the lead and even that is still under probability and much doubt.

These leaders watch news and travel abroad. Can't they see how things are done over there and replicate same here?

tell us the one government provided. When it comes to things like this, it becomes collective effort. When it come to embezzlement and making laws, people’s opinions wouldn’t matter

There's are difference btwn copying or acting good leadership and actually having such nature or principles.

Our leaders only copy when they see other sane leaders doing good, it's not and maybe never in their nature and principle. Didn't many of them Skol and live there? They come back and act ridiculous, archaic and desperate.

You are the one not understanding. Before one takes an action he should consider the benefits and the risk. If the risk outweighs the benefits, then the action should be suspended until there is a factor added that will decrease the risk. You may be comfortable but there is sth you need to understand and that is this : The majority of Nigerians are living on daily income . The government should provide relief in such moment else the Hunger virus will wreck more havoc than corona virus
Re: Lagos Traders Lament Market Closure, Appeal To Sanwo-Olu For Palliatives by Nobody: 9:34pm On Mar 26, 2020
Let the virus come and kill anyone he wants to kill rather than starving our kids to death.

Human are bound to die, if God says man shall die, then who are we, or do you think we still have HEZEKIAH in this shit world.

Hunger, death by Hunger is worst than COVID 19, if you don't know

Closing markets is not a good option at all, instead he should provide relief materials first before closing the markets.

I agree with you that majority of Nigerians rely on daily income and government should do more to support the citizens.

Our population and poor health system puts us at a big risk.

This virus has killed over1000 people in The USA, which has arguably one of the best healthcare systems, so we need to take drastic measures to support the economy and avert a catastrophe

I understand clearly bt is it too hard for the government to think of those who will be starving for he next 2weeks and help them out smhow? I didn’t say people shud go back to work, I said help cushion the negative effects.

I’m sure U read to react and not to understand. I said government shud be sensitive and not think or assume everybody is ok or prepared for this lock down like them. Hence make available sustaining measures the unprepared especially the masses.

Where the selfishness in my comment?

You don't even understand what you're writing, did you just say the FG should print money to reduce inflation, so you don't know that printing excess money and pumping it into the economy would lead to higher inflation?
