I dont think Abba Kyari would have strength for the job if he survives the infection and returns. He should appoint Ajimobi as new Chief of Staff. If not Ajimobi, then Oshiomhole will be a fitting person for the job and post. |

MetaPhysical:Ajimobi or Oshiomhole? Two untiring fighters? Those two will even fight other countries' Presidents coming to see Buhari. They will fight IMF, UN, AU, EU, OPEC, World Bank, WHO and any human that comes to the Villa Since Buhari only trust his Hausa/Fulani semi-literates, I think Baba Gana Kingibe should come forward. He has always been there with Buhari as one of the kitchen unofficial cabinet, so let him just come forward and officially take the position of Chief of Staff. |

I hope you guys are trying to have fun with this thread. If not, it's a very stupid thread. If anyone is to resign for falling sick for a few days, it has to be Buhari who was sick for almost a year. Please stop being childish. If you are calling for Kyari's resignation, it has to be on the basis of non performance. Not because he fell sick for a few days. Anybody can fall sick! And thinking that Buhari will replace his most closest personal assistant with a non Hausa speaking Northerner, then it means you do not know anything about Buhari and Mamman Daura. 1 Like |

Nuzo1:You are right. But, Buhari can convince Kingibe to take up the position. As for Kingibe's age, Buhari loves old people within his own age category. Imagine his appointment of an 80 years old man as Nigeria's Ambassador to US. Babatunde Raji Fashola would have been best for the position. Fashola was Chief of Staff to Tinubu and later a two term governor, so he understands the job. He is also relatively young, strong and articulate but the Northern cabal will be too afraid of Fashola and so, Fashola will not be considered. Buhari being whom he is will appoint another Hausa/Fulani from his village or maybe this time around, Aisha Buhari will insist on appointing the Chief of Staff who will be loyal to her and her caucus. |
