As Lagos State Government declare partial lockdown despite the inequality and prevalent hunger in the state. From recent happening, increase in crime seems to be on the horizon. Both private individuals and government must immediately introduce some measures to curtail not just the spread of the Coronavirus pandemic but spread of social vices and lawlessness. My big question is: Who is to be blame? Him, His parents or the Government? Please I need your contribution. Click Link below to watch video https://www.vanzetaengineering.com/14yearsold.html
