i have a samsung s5 which has the ir blaster and OTG but over time i have issues with Samsung ba3. 2800. i need a phone with a good battery and the ir blaster and otg. for a budget of #40k max.

I've never seen recent Xiaomi phones without IR blaster.
It's one of the feature the advertise Wella.

Since you stated earlier that your budget is around #40k you can check out the redmi 8, it's slightly above 40k but that's your best bet.

Redmi note 8 and pro, redmi note 7 all are equipped with IR blaster

Redmi 8 support it .... because I can see it on my own and even some remote control apps are pre-installed on mine
