Install it Linux kubuntu

It will handle

Html,php,c,c++,python,java,JavaScript,python
And many more

Something like hp compaq 6910p will do the job and u can get it with that amount

This baby will serve u well at this stage when u get more money then go for full powered lappi

I said kubuntu , even if it ubuntu trust me Linux is not that complicated to use like before

I have a newbie that am teaching what he is using is ubuntu trust me he hardly boots into windows , as a programmer ubuntu has almost all you need just xampp and sublime text , other stuff are already there he should install kubuntu
