10 P 6 x 2
10 + 12 = 22

15 P 6
15 x 3 + 6 = 51

thought it ought to follow one rule or pattern.
Moreover this your pattern is not true for the first question

The exercise is full of error. The samples are three different operations. There is/are suppose to be dot(s) inscribed in the "O" at the top to define the operator to use

O•
8 P 4 = 8 - 4 = 4

O••
10 P 6 = 10 + (2*6)= 22

O•••
15 P 6= (15*3)+ 6 = 51

Hence
1. 13 or 19 (1st or 2nd approach)

2. 7 (2nd approach)

3. 4 or 16 (1st or 2nd approach)

4. 26 (2nd approach)

5. 10 or 55 ( 1st or 2nd approach)
