I just bought a new Lava R5 play Android phone
anytime I am using the phone especially browsing, it gets hot within 5 minutes.
please what is the problem |

My phone started doing that before my battery totally died one day. It kept getting hot, and my phone kept shutting off. One day it turned off and never came back on. I had to replace the battery. So your battery is probably dying and needs to be replaced. |

Try updating your carrier service in playstore.. it helps your sim to communicate effectively with your phone, while browsing so that your phone doesn't overheat.. Carrier service will also optimise your Battery.... Check it out in the screenshot below 1 Like
