yeah there are buyers always from warri, sapele, portharcourt ,inside Benin city ,oghara ,mosoger, all coming to the market at coco junction ,that is the village market to look for them and funny enough they sometimes fight over your plantain or corn in other to buy them...the demand is high at the market why the supply is low
Wow! I will keep in touch with you.

no you can't buy farm land in the forest where I farm its only given out on lease for a maximum of 4yrs before you can abandon it thanks
I meant why didn't u buy lands elsewhere but instead chose to for rented farmland?

I'm trying to see ur reason.

I'm also in a situation where I'm confused whether to go for rented land or buy outright.

Additionally, did u plant on all 225 plots? Thats a lots of suckers cost if u did. How much did u buy ur suckers

buying land will be too expensive for me because of my budget , if you have the finance to buy it is not bad but as a beginner it is good for you to first get the experience before spending high , start with a rented land first then later you can buy land ,for the suckers I bought one @#100 ,I planted half of the land first ..but am still planting the remaining half...
