Although your conspiracy theory sounds outlandish and outrageous, even if it's true, Trump is still to blame. Obama left an agent embedded inside the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), to monitor any virus outbreak from China. Trump removed the agents just 6 months before the virus hit. If the agent was still there, Trump would have gotten first hand intelligence on whatever was going on in China and acted before it got put of hand.
