I never thought this governor is this reckless. I used to think he is different. A governor holding a rally in the middle of a viral pandemic. This says a lot about him. So, he has just been window-dressing all along. I really do not care if he survive this or not. He deserve whatever comes to him if a single individual die out of his negligence.

The gully to houses and lack of water in an aquatic state like Lagos have killed more people than corona virus has killed so far.The Lagos Govt is just putting up a show,the infrastructure and funding have been coming from individuals and institutions. I tried to verify most of the things they have done,apart from disinfecting some places, all have been media work which is not bad, but facilities and structures should be put up faster than their media overdrive. Where is the food bank?

he actually apologised, I just hope this will humble him now and focus on giving good governance, he's been interfering in too much external issues these days

Imagine he was saying one of d good thing about the rally was tht it was an avenue to educate the people of Oyo on covid19.

This is actually what the irresponsible and reckless man said, he was mocking the opposition and trivializing Covidd-19.

Makinde knew Davido just came back from America and was probably exposed, even if he wasn't, Makinde should have distanced himself from Davido or at least practiced social distancing.

Makinde even allowed Davido to violate the state's order not to stage concerts, he knew the reason why Davido was in Ibadan which was to stage concerts, but during the visit, he did not bother to tell Davido about his ban order or pleaded with him not to stage the concert, the foolish governor and Davido exposed innocent citizens unnecessarily.

He wasn't mocking them. He was only quoting what Oshiomole said. Oshiomole said the virus has entered their party (APC).

Look at the red highlight, he was warned and asked not to stage the rally because of Coronavirus, but instead of heeding the warning, he organized the rally and on top of that, he joked laughed about the warning, he also mocked and ridiculed the opposition for warning him, he then went on to say they have coronavirus in their party, but we don't have coronavirus in our party.

Fast forward to 2 days later, the first virus case showed up in Oyo state, but mind you,, before the first case and the rally, he had nothing in place to fight the virus, he apologized and quickly set up a task force after the backlash received, no isolation center, no government policy, nothing.
