Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN has announced a 10-subject educational programming schedule for the pupils in the state over the Coronavirus pandemic.

The move was to remedy the loss of time as school activities are suspended due to the Coronavirus outbreak.

The Governor who made this known via his twitter account said this move is a partnership with the State-owned media platforms (OSRCTv and Orange94.5Fm) and the State Ministry of Education.

In his tweet: "I am happy to announce that @osrctvondo @Orange945FM in partnership with the Min. of Education have announced their Education Programming schedule for our kids that are affected by #Covid19. A primary school schedule is also in the works. #DevelopOndo"

This move will stop parents from taking their wards to private tutorial centres during the period of school closure, so as to curb the spread of Coronavirus.

Ondo State has not had any COVID19 case but the proactive measures taken so far by Governor Akeredolu has been really admirable and highly commendable. He has shown that he's a dependable leader in times of crisis. Kudos
