Is Nigeria Broke? by Nobody: 4:02pm On Apr 05, 2020 |
The government was planning to borrow $30 billion dollars before providence came. The oil price crashed in the international market due to the Corona pandemic and they were made to cancel their plans. And now the government is about to send a request to the Senate and House of Representative to borrow N500 billion to "upgrade the health facilities". Why did it take 6 years to realize the healthcare facilities needed upgrade? And why was it after when all the countries such as Canada,UK,Germany,France,USA,India where they go medical treatment closed their borders . Why can't Nigeria cut the cost of governance and recover the $582 billion dollars stolen by Nigeria's fantastically corrupt politicians since 1960?Instead of resorting to borrowing funds that majority of it will get looted. 1 Like

Cos both past and current government never thought a time will come when the same health facilities they have neglected for years will be useful to them.. Like I have suggested, let all those infected politicians be taken to the hospital built by them or their party 1 Like 1 Share |
