Op,u can get a very good car with your budget,but I would advice you to look towards buying from direct owners,dealers would make it more expensive even if it's within your reach.dnt surprised you would even get one cheaper than you expect with all functions intact including ac.dnt be in a haste,there are good cars out there that are well maintained which owners are willing to sell.goodluck
