Like honesty, I don't know how these idiots came into power in Nigeria. Is this how they intend to share out the palliative to 11 Million citizens? What a shame! Infact, they lack shame. Can't they through the CAN disburse this money for the different accounts of those in need? But because they have their plan B, give a handful, make us believe they are giving then embezzle the rest. May God forgive and help us.
