Growing:
Why does it not make headlines that our immune system is the biggest weapon for this virus or any other virus?

Because that question will lead to another question, "What will boost my immune system?", and the answer will neither lead to drug nor vaccines.
eat right and your immune system will smile. Take lot of fruits, vegetables, water and exercise lightly. Don't eat junk and least I forget, stock up on vit C

It is very easy to criticise.

Nigeria has to be the most complex country in the world.

Nigerians have got to be the most complicated and impatient people in the world.

It will take another 50 years at least, for this country to be fixed to a reasonable level.

And finally, the next 10 presidents of Nigeria will be equally and adequately insulted and criticised.
How's Nigeria the most complex country in the world? It's actually the other way around. We have been getting very useless Nigerians as Presidents, with Buhari clearly qualifying as the worst so far.
In this fight against covid-19, compare Buhari to other world leaders who have been showing leadership, while Buhari is missing in action.

I don't even understand the logic behind road closure or whatever, since party, clubbing, business activities are forbidden, it's obvious that those going out will reduce drastically.
How many vehicles are on the road when people travel during festive period, let there be mobility, lack of mobility is even affecting those offering the so called essential services that were exempted

Nigeria is not complex. It just doesn't have the right people at the helm of affairs. The least this useless government would have done was try to stop the disease from entering in the first place. They had plenty of time to prevent it.Because there was no way lock down can be effective in the poverty capital of the world.Another thing let's stop policing people who criticize. He is a citizen and has every right to air his view. You should too.

This government is very insensitive to the plight of Nigerians. Isn't it money that will be used to purchase the food items?

But what difference does it now make? Does the virus become impotent within those hours?

The truth is that we can never sustain a total lockdown like in those organized countries.

If we survive this, it should call for sober reflection and a reason for us to truthfully examine the very foundation of this country.
Mehn if we survive this, I'm re-evaluating my continued stay in this country.

This trying time has revealed how unprepared and vulnerable we are as a Nation. The back and forth in decision making also lends credence to the anomalies that have hampered our development as a people over the years. No solution seems to be good enough to curtail the spread of Coronavirus in Nigeria. The sorry state of the country naturally puts a shortcoming on measures that have helped some countries in no small way combat this crisis. What a time to be alive!
I pray we survive this as a nation, make sober reflections, and take responsibilities individually and collectively.
