Is this not a perfect breeding ground for the dreaded coronavirus? Where is the social distancing being advocated for?

Lock down orders are for industrialized and highly developed countries, not poverty ridden countries like Nigeria. Developed countries have the resources, infrastructure and technology to place their citizens on lock down for months. What does Nigeria have? You can't lock up people in their houses without food. Food is the basic need for survival and when food is not available, the human instinct will activate itself and go out in search of food.
ONE NIGERIA IS DEAD.

Lack of Education is one of the biggest problems of our any nation...

You may have all the resources in the world and has a government, have a great plan to build the country and have incorruptible leaders but if the masses are uneducated, they'll just ruin everything.

Well Shaa, I believe the end of days and the beginning of new ones is approaching and will soon be here... wink the time for those who truly believe in his cause to rejoice will soon come. If you know, you know... grin grin

I still want to believe that our government can devise a better way of giving out this palliative packages rather than this social gathering, knowing fully well the consequences.
After all, if electricity bill can be shared by getting to every households, then this palliative packages can as well get to these households without any social gathering.

You lockdown the city to stop human gatherings and still call people together to collect hand outs.

Lagos is full of poor struggling people who survive on making 1000 and 500 naira everyday except the Igbo Corr business men in Trade Fair, Alaba, Ladipo and the Captains of industries in the likes of Dangote, Otedola Dem.
Only 10% of Lagosians are financially free. Even the so called Lagos big babes and girls are living on borrowing.
Lagosians who have never visited Abuja for the first time may never know what it means to live a serene Life.
