Anambra are the major problem we have in southeast region just like this op . I wish the boundary can readjust my state Abia can be in south-south region. Inferiority complex is another problem facing us in southeast.

Innoson is a Private Business man he can't go into producing Ventilators without a Ready market to buy it , Ventilators in Mass Production is not car you can sell to individuals but Ventilators especially mass Production can only be bought by Government Or very Large hospital who may have only few pics its not a moving market for a Private Individual

My Advice
If Innoson is sure he can produce the ventilators within the stipulated time, the government should try him with half of what he demands (#2b). If he's able to deliver, pay him to produce more. Not just for Nigeria, maybe for Africa. it's win-win for both parties.

There's absolutely no need for this back and forth bickering between the parties.

However, instead of waiting for the FG to provide N4b to Innoson for the ventilators, we can as well encourage the five south east governors to contribute N800m each for the production. Once Innoson delivers on the ventilators, they will be used in hospitals all over the south east. I don't like capitalism that much but I believe Dangote started the refinery with secured loans from the banks before the buy in of the government. Why this cry baby on about this Innossin motors grant from the government. Let him secure a loan if he is a good creditor, start the business and get the government buy in if he so believe in his business plan.
