Idris Debys' Army may look rag tag but they are battle hardened and more experienced in fighting than most of the Nigerian forces. The Chadian President has fought and won many battles against rebels opposed to his rule for most of his thirty years in power. Infact, more than ten years ago he left the comforts of the presidential palace and the Chadian capital for two weeks to direct the fight against some rebel forces in northern chad.

Whether anyone is willing to agree or not, Buhari's government has decimated BH to a large extent and the people of the North East recognized that fact, reason why they turned out in large numbers to re elect him for a second term.

This attack was a RETALIATION after BH (which have been pushed to the fringes of lake tchad by NA. attacked and killed scores of tchadian soldiers..... FACT
If BH had not killed their soldiers the tchadians won't retaliate and have been known to look the other way as far a BHT didn't come near them, they have been sabotaging NA efforts

I have been in and around the north east since 2006. Maiduguri from 2006 to 2012. Yobe from 2013 to date.

BH started while I was in Maiduguri. Back then in my UNIMAID Campus, we used to refer to the sound of bomb blasts as ringing tones because we were so used to it.

I haven't heard a single sound of bomb blast in the last four years. Reason why I am saying that Buhari has fought and he's still fighting BH far better than the last government. The truth is only one, and it cannot be changed by false narratives and black propaganda.
