Boko haram does not need to take over any town. Their ability to attack the military super camps at will, kill soldiers and take over their weapons enough to tell you that these people aren't decimated. Boko haram treats our military as 'soft targets', imagine!
We can't keep burying our heads in the sand and not call out our leaders for falling.
