Most times we bother ourselves with useless and stupid things in this country. I don't see Nigeria becoming better till the end of the world. Many of us had hope in Buhari that he would transform the country by ending corruption, ending Bokoharam, create jobs etc. But we can see that his administration was not better than that of Goodluck Jonathan. Jonathan was far better than Buhari but Nigeria needed someone better than Jonathan. Buhari was just a scam. The question is after Buhari, who is next!? The answer is simple. Even a primary 6 student can easily mention the names of those that would likely take over from Buhari. The names go like this; Tinubu, El Rufai, Osinbajo, Sanusi, Ganduje, Fashola etc. The same thieves, rogues, failures, corrupt cartels. Some people are using Igbo presidency to confuse us. If you talk of Igbo presidency, the names you would hear would sound like these; Rochas, Ngige, Orji Uzor Kalu, Uzodimma etc. The same failures, thieves, oppressors, occultic men and so on. Since Nigeria got independence in 1960, more than 7 people from the north have ruled this country. Yorubas have produced up to 3 presidents. Bayelsa produced Goodluck Jonathan. Now, the question in Olamide's voice is Who Hausa president help? Who Fulani president help? Who Yoruba president help? Who Jonathan help in Bayelsa or south south? Who would Igbo president help? The answer is 'their never insatiable pockets'. The north remains the poverty capital of Nigeria despite the fact that more than 7 heads of state were from there. The present Nigerian politicians are a set of greedy men who have low IQ and have nothing special to offer us. They use religion and tribalism to divide us. They make empty promises to deceive us. What I am trying to say is this. Whether Hausa, Fulani, Yoruba, Igbo or any tribe, it would actually bring no positive change. Moreover, our vote don't count. By 2023, APC would give us anything they want as Nigeria president. And we continue to lament and suffer. My advice 1. We can only change Nigeria by revolution. I don't see secession as solution. Because if Nigeria divides today, it would still be the criminals ruling us that would distribute themselves to the top positions because they have the money and power. And revolution itself would not be possible for now because majority of us are cowards and we have more foolish people in the country who are still divided by religious and tribal sentiments. Tribalism and religious fanaticism is our major challenge. 2. Detribalise your self. Love every tribe. Make friends outside your tribe they can help you. I once got a 200k loan from an Hausa Muslim friend without a collateral or interest yet non of my Igbo friends and relations who were even richer agreed to help me. 3. Do not waste your time because of any of the present Nigerian politicians. Our so called leaders don't care about us. If you like vote if you like don't vote. I have personally decided never ever to vote. One of my greatest disappointments in life was Buhari's failure to fulfill any of his promises. I supported and defended him with all my might not because I am Fulani or Yoruba. But because of the assurance and promises he and his vice gave to Nigerians. His earliest blonder was when he made the 5 percent comment referring to the south east and south south. So we in the region that supported him were fools. 4. Assume you are not a Nigerian but an African. Only thinking that you are a Nigerian can block your senses and make you dumb. Explore life. There is good life outside Nigeria. Nigeria as a nation is dead. Since we are still concerned about the tribe that would produce President in Nigeria, it means Nigeria is not a nation. US, UK, China, France, Italy, Germany and so on don't care about the region that will produce their presidents. They look for visionary leaders. That was why US voted for Obama from Kenya as their president instead of Hilary Clinton. 5. Don't hope on the government. Create a business if you are not comfortably employed. Think and seek knowledge on how to improve your well-being. 6. If you are a man of good will, try contesting during election. May be just may be, God may use you bring transformation to the people. 7. Add yours. |

iammo:Obasanjo gave you GSM? This is funny. Every country has GSM bro. Osibanjo gave you social intervention program. I don't know what intervention program is. Are you referring to tradermoni? That sounds funny too. Osibanjo gave you rail line. How many times have you traveled through the so called rail line. The people in the east are they trekking? Jonathan gave Bayelsa University. I think their life is now better with that. Any body can build University. The best university in Nigeria, Covenant University, was built by a pastor. In South East, every state has more than 4 high institutions. |

First,op is a hypocrite and a liar. Why do you have make the igbos a scapegoat, used them like uzobo, sacrifice,to attract people to this useless thread? Why the misleading topic? If a Hausa man saved your lazy arsse from starvation, from poverty and made you an onigbese to the tune of #200k,why point at the igbos who couldn't do same? Why mention them.in public? Are they mandated to bail you out of poverty, are they under any obligation to give you loan?Don't you also have Yoruba friends? Don't you have friends from elsewhere tribe? And you dare talk about love for others!!! You have your buhari that you wished for and you shall have him in your life for a very long time. |

IlovePMB:GSM infrastructure could had being deployed as far back as 1995, Obasanjo came in with the Privatisation drive, sold lisences and investors came in (lets not act ignorant of the fact) If you like criticize the rail project or the SIP that your personal views .. but people have seen it with their two eyes, people work on the construction site and no amount of sentiments can hide such project... if you feel SIP isn't real work into any CBN office with your business proposal and see the series of offers they have |

In 1999, Yorubas did not have foothold in PDP but a Yoruba man won the president. I see no reason why an Igbo man cannot be given the chance in APC if we really want to move forward together as a nation. My opinion. |

Omo Ibo you better wise up and fight for a spot in 2023 let Osinbajo and Peter Obi battle it out, let Tinubu and Rochas fight it till the end , let Ogbonaya also buy APC ticket and try his luck . |

DabuIIIT:That is to show you the dangers of tribalism. Tribalism can shut your doors of success. I am Igbo and when I needed help from my rich Igbo friends, they refused to help me. They gave excuses. But when I asked an Hausa friend, he went and borrowed money from someone he knew and gave me. He did not ask me of the money until I paid him back. And I even paid him in installments. I am not saying Igbos or Yorubas don't help. I am only telling you that you can get help from out side your tribe than from your tribe. So shun tribalism. Also, I supported Buhari just like you have the right to support whoever you want. At the end of the day, it is the same story. They are all the same. |

iammo:You are one of the problems of this country. If everyone in Nigeria thinks like you, then no hope for Nigeria. Not all Igbos are in support of Biafra. If we all Igbos decide today to leave Nigeria we will do that in less than 24 hours. If all Igbos in Senate, in house of rep, all the Igbo governors, all the Igbo business men in every part of Nigeria, all the Igbos in the military both in Nigeria and abroad unite to leave Nigeria, it would happen in less than 24 hours. |

With agitation in creation of Biafra that won't happen until they see themselves as part of this zoogeria. There's never a good rebel. Take it or you take it. |

IlovePMB:Nigeria is a country and not a Nation, we are a country with multi nationalty.. just like the English, welsh, irish and co.. Politics here is played to serve nationalistic intrest and the smart way for Ibos to get what they claim to want is through participation.. all the talks about ibos pulling out of Nigeria is almost impossible and just chest beating, you cant have a 2/3rd majority needed for a referendum clause in the constituition and you don't have military asset or seaport incase of a war.. so your closest route is to play politics like the others do |

iammo:What has the Igbos in APC achieved for their people so far. Rochas for instance governed Imo under APC but rendered Imo State useless. Hope Uzodmma later hijacked the Imo government because he is in APC. Today Imo State is crying more. I am finding it difficult to actually understand your point. |
| Re: Why We Should Vote In An Igbo President In 2023 by iammo(m): 1:09pm On Apr 08, 2020 |
IlovePMB:my point is simple, forget about bogus plan of revolution and referendum and participate in politics, its your only future.. Abia people boycotted elections and Uche Ogah a technocrat and successful business man lost to Ikpeazu.. Hope hijacked Imo election because of low voter turn out and ihedioha's in ability to win 25% of the votes in 2/3 of LGA while Hope could prove vote deduction very simple and straight any Ibo man preaching revolution that can cos voter apathy is responsible for any marginalization is 2023.. chanel such energy in getting PVC and educating your people on what you collectively want |

iammo:My question is what is the gain of Yorubas and Hausas or Igbos from their leaders in APC. I am not a selfish fellow. The major reason I supported Buhari was because Boko haram was killing northerners with reckless abandon. I taught Buhari as a Muslim northern military general would end the killing. But he failed woefully. I am not from the north. I have no business in the north, I am not affected by Bokoharam but I feel for the poor Christians and Muslims suffering the terrorism. I could as well say let Bokoharam finish them it is not my business. But I can't say that. Because they are humans like me. You need to change your selfish mind set. Nigeria needs revolution. But since revolution is not possible now because of people like you, any sensible Nigerian should forget about the government and think of ways to improve his or her well-being. This is my point. |
